Finding my impact 
 

I think everyone has a unique value they bring to the world, I like to think mine is helping others to find their potential and unlock it.

I forged my leadership pathway early at organisations like Commonwealth Bank, Bankwest and M&C Saatchi. I led large teams, multi-million-dollar negotiations and developed transformative organisational and brand strategies and was recognised in B&Ts 30 under 30 list.

 

After hitting every career goal I set, I found myself questioning what success really looked like and searching for a more meaningful way to use my strengths. I have always been fascinated by people, identity and impact and this curiosity led me to coaching and leadership development which I instantly knew was for me. 

 

In many ways, this work is a natural extension of my work as a strategist - helping people focus on what matters and accelerate towards that.

As an International Coaching Federation Accredited Coach (ACC) my coaching approach integrates evidence-based methodologies with creativity and candour.

 

I find joy in helping others to find clarity, confidence and move forward courageously.
